1. General Overview
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website, landing pages, and any services, guarantees, or promotions offered by Rema Lee Professional Realty Group LLC (dba Real World Realty Group LLC) ("Company"). By accessing our website or participating in our marketing programs, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or website.
2. Guaranteed Sold Programs
Rema Lee Professional Realty Group LLC (dba Real World Realty Group LLC) offers specialized guarantee programs to sellers. Participation in these Programs requires adherence to specific terms:

1. Sellers must meet all eligibility criteria, which may include but are not limited to:
2. Participation in any Program is subject to approval after an initial consultation and evaluation of the property.
■ The property must be located in the state of Florida.
■ The property must meet specific pricing, condition, and listing criteria outlined in the program agreement.
■ The property must not have an existing listing agreement with another real estate brokerage.
B. Restrictions
1. Each Program has unique restrictions and conditions that will be outlined in a written agreement signed by both the Seller and the Company. These restrictions include, but are not limited to:
■ Price adjustments based on market trends.
■ Compliance with showing requirements and marketing activities.
■ Cooperation with all agreed-upon program timelines.
2. Payments promised under the Program (e.g., cash offers or compensation guarantees) are paid at closing and are contingent on full compliance with the terms of the program agreement.
3. Upfront Investment
Participation in the Guaranteed Sold Programs requires an upfront investment which will be determined based on each property vulnerability and path selected. All investment will be payable to Real World Realty Group LLC, to:
■ Cover the costs of premium marketing services, including but not limited to professional photography, staging, advertising, and listing syndication.
■ Protect the Seller's equity as a good faith commitment to the program.
Important Note: The upfront investment is non-refundable and will be applied to expenses incurred by the Company and staff or partners to implement the program.
4. Program Restrictions
1. Rema Lee Professional Realty Group LLC reserves the right to decline participation in the Guaranteed Sold Programs if the property does not meet minimum requirements for marketability, condition, or price point.
2. Sellers are required to actively cooperate in the marketing process, which includes timely approvals for showing schedules, open houses, and additional promotional activities.
3. Sellers who do not comply with agreed-upon timelines or program requirements may forfeit their eligibility for guarantees.
5. Legal Compliance
1. All services provided by the Company are compliant with the Florida Real Estate License Law and other applicable federal and state regulations.
2. The Company does not guarantee specific results outside of the terms outlined in signed agreements. The actual sale price, timeframe, and terms may vary based on market conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rema Lee Professional Realty Group LLC (“Company”) is not liable for:
■ Market fluctuations, buyer financing failures, or other external factors beyond their control.
■ Misrepresentation or incomplete information provided by the Seller regarding the property.
7. Amendments
Rema Lee Professional Realty Group LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be made available on the website.
